ReCenter

Bringing You back to Yourself.

One meeting that will center you.

A therapeutic session diagnosing the cause of your distress, where it stems from, and how to get out of it. In this session you will gain clarity about your next steps and leave with a practical tool that will allow you to work with the difficulty you are experiencing.

What happens during the Session?

The session consists of a short, focused conversation that will give us a framework for the process, followed by exercises based on Family Constellation and other mind-body methods that quickly get to the root of the issue, and allow us to transform your inner chaos into a clear roadmap.

Sounds Great - but what does that look like concretely?

                 Landing.

We will begin the session with an introductory conversation. We will get to know you, understand what you are going through right now, the reason you came, what you want to work on, your pain points, your feelings, and thoughts. You will have a moment to land within yourself, express yourself, and receive undivided, attentive listening.

                 Jump.

During the conversation and with the help of targeted questions combined with observing your physical sensations, we will begin to go inward and connect with what is happening with you beneath the surface. Beyond the stories you have become accustomed to telling yourself (this is a natural defense mechanism, we all do it), lies a deeper truth. That is what we would like to reach, because only by moving through that truth can we truly overcome suffering.

                 Dive.

Beyond representing and connecting with the source of your struggle, and the existing connections - we will also explore where you are headed, how you would like to feel at the end of your process, and what needs to happen for you to reach that destination. From this understanding, we will give shape to the first steps you can take to get out of your predicament.

This will also be done with the help of representations, so you will be able to inherently feel and experience the steps, and what they mean, before actually walking them. Ultimately, under my guidance, you will be able to arrange them into a clear and tangible roadmap for yourself.

Back to the Surface - Outside Perspective.

Before we part, we will take a few more minutes to look at the map we have created, examine it from the outside, digest it, and let your nervous system return to balance. This is also your time to ask questions about the process you have just gone through, and express any last things that want to be said.

״Beyond the stories you have become accustomed to telling yourself, lies a deeper truth. That is what we would like to reach, because only by moving through that truth can we truly overcome suffering.."״

What happens after the Meeting?

The ReCenter session is designed to help you focus, gain clarity about the source of your distress, and understand the steps you need to take to get out of it. This session, which stands as a process in and of itself, holds a lot of value.

However, to truly heal the wounds of the past that are behind your difficulty, and to actually build healthier patterns, you will need to go a little longer. Most patients who come to the one-time session really want to continue with me. Of course it is possible!

If, on the other hand, you feel that you got what you wanted and are satisfied - amazing! You will leave with:

  • Clarity about the nature and source of your distress and what your future steps are.
  • A practical tool (to help you connect with what is happening with you below the surface through listening to your body) that you can use on your path :)

And you will receive a bonus integration call of up to 15 minutes a few days after the meeting to process the experience you had with me.

Hi :)

I'm Faran, a Luxembourgish-Israeli, mother to the perfect Ari, and living my purpose: helping people reconnect with themselves, feel secure in this world, and truly live full and happy lives.

With divorced parents, torn between two countries from a young age, and being a very sensitive and pleasing child, I had plenty of reasons to feel unstable in life. But at sixteen, the trauma really erupted: I started having very intense anxiety attacks that left me unable to function anymore—I could no longer live the normal life of a teenager. No one around me understood what I was going through (at that time, there wasn't really a name for the phenomenon) and they didn’t know how to help me. Giving up was not an option for me, so I began trying in every possible way to pull myself out of distress.

I wasn’t ready to take medication (somewhere in me, I knew there was a deeper message here, something to unravel, and I didn’t want to simply suppress it), and talk therapy was fascinating but didn’t solve my anxieties. After a while of trying everything, I finally discovered the healing power of yoga—a connection of body, mind, and spirit! Suddenly, instead of trying to escape or analyze the anxiety, I just had to be with it, be present with it in the here and now. And for the first time in my life, I felt the anxiety weakening and I rediscovered a sense of inner peace. This began a journey of exploration, healing, and self-discovery in which I learned countless philosophies, methods, and approaches (from East and West) and specialized in trauma work...

Today I live a full and connected life and have helped hundreds of people emerge from suffering and grow from it. Nothing excites me more than seeing people reconnect with themselves and their inner strength. And I know that without the anxiety attacks at sixteen, I wouldn’t be where I am today. They were my initiation into my purpose, and I am deeply grateful for them.

Sometimes the hardest things in our lives conceal a huge gift within them. While we are living that difficult moment, it's hard to see it. Which is why it’s so important to approach these phases with trust, not to give up, and to never stop exploring and staying open and curious, always.

I'm so glad you came here, and I am really looking forward to helping you take one step closer to yourself.
